本驱动为 DFRobot RCWL9620 收发一体超声波测距模块的 MicroPython 实现,支持通过 I2C 总线触发测量并读取距离值(mm)。驱动封装了触发命令发送、120ms 测量等待和 3 字节大端数据解析,适用于障碍物检测、液位测量、机器人避障等嵌入式应用场景。

设计思路
RCWL9620 驱动通过 writeto 发送单字节触发命令 0x01,等待 120ms 后用 readfrom_into 将 3 字节原始数据读入全局复用缓冲区 _BUF3(避免频繁内存分配)。距离值采用大端 24 位整数编码,除以 1000 转换为毫米浮点值,并通过 min() 限制上限为 MAX_DISTANCE(4500mm)。所有 I2C 操作均包裹在重试循环中(默认 retries=2, delay_ms=5),超出重试次数后捕获 OSError 重抛为 RuntimeError。支持 debug 参数开启调试日志,通过 _log() 方法统一输出,默认静默。
